TANZANIA

The cocoa of Tanzania originates from a mix of Criollo and Forastero beans. The rich soil of this country has created the unique character of this origin that nevertheless, represents just a very small production. This melting chocolate with a marked bitter taste also has a subtle flavour of fruit taste as well as a touch of vanilla. The combination of its rareness and its fragrance make it one of the most seeked varieties.

PERU

A slightly bitter taste of cocoa with the freshness of a fruity note and accentuated by a flavour of dry fruits gives this chocolate an unforgettable feeling.

NEW GUINEA

This chocolate of "Papuan" origin is created from a mix of Criollo and Forastero cocoa beans.
